1915 to Retro, this mother-in-law studio attached to a two-story home in Travis Heights underwent a complete budget-friendly makeover to brighten its ambiance and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Fresh coats of paint on the walls and ceilings, infused with retro colors reminiscent of the home’s exterior palette, instantly uplift the space. Lighting was enhanced with new fixtures and the kitchen was modernized with upgraded appliances. A cozy eating nook and a work-from-home area were also integrated, ensuring functionality without compromising on style.
